What you'll do
- Provideindividual therapy(caseload of 6 clients) and facilitate1-2 therapy groups per week
- Conductbiopsychosocial assessments, creatediagnostic impressionsbased on DSM-5 criteria, and developclient-centered treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based modalities includingCBT,DBT, andpsychodynamic therapy
- Deliverco-occurring disorder treatmentand support clients through dual-diagnosis challenges
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in theElectronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams and contribute toutilization reviews,risk assessments, andcrisis interventionswhen needed
- Participate in clinical supervision (provided, if required)
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- ActiveBBS Associate Registration(ACSW, AMFT, or APCC)
- Minimum of1 year of experience in addiction treatment(preferred)
- Strong understanding of12-step philosophy,family systems, and co-occurring psychiatric conditions
- Familiarity withgroup therapy facilitation,case management, and EMR charting
What you need
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- ActiveBBS Associate Registration(ACSW, AMFT, or APCC)
- Minimum of1 year of experience in addiction treatment(preferred)
- Strong understanding of12-step philosophy,family systems, and co-occurring psychiatric conditions
- Familiarity withgroup therapy facilitation,case management, and EMR charting
- Education: a postgraduate degree
