Shift Differential offered for NOC Shifts / Differential offered for Weekend Shifts Benefits: PTO (Full-Time and Part-Time employees only) Medical, Dental, and Vision (Full-Time only) Employee Assistance Program (EAP)ur 401(k) Option Shifts: AVAILABLE - FT NOCS and FT Days with 12-ho shifts Key Responsibilities: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping Monitor and report changes in condition Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Active CNA certification (Nevada) CPR certified Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.
