Experience as a Med Tech isn't required, but is preferred. Benefits: Flexible schedules Opportunities for advancement Fun and rewarding environment Shift Differential for NOC and Weekend Shifts Exceptional management who truly care about their residents and staff Our "WOW" culture Paid Time Off We all love what we do Health, Dental and Vision Insurance available for all full time employees We have the best residents :) Responsibilities: Our Caregivers are responsible for caring for our senior residents, assisting them in all cares of daily living (ADLs), documenting and notifying RCC and nurse of any changes or concerns in our residents' condition, as well as all duties given them as assigned by the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator.
