This position supports residents with daily activities, encourages independence, and helps create a welcoming environment where residents can thrive while receiving exceptional person-centered care. **$2000 Sign on Bonus Paid out - 1/2 at 90 days and 1/2 at 6 months ** Schedules: Full Time 2p-10p & Part Time 1st & 2nd shift Resident Assistant (RA) Base Rate: $17.75 - $18.25/hr Evening Shift Differential: +$1.50/hr Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide compassionate, person-centered care Monitor and report changes in resident condition Support wellness programs and maintain safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service Requirements CNA / NA or PCA certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent Current First Aid and CPR certification Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Benefits Paid Vacation Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (Full Time Only) 401(k) Retirement Plan (Full-Time & Part-Time) Free Meal Each Shift Plus Additional Benefits Not Listed What do we do?
