What you'll do
- Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration
- Document services performed
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional condition
- Communicate and interact in a professional, respectful, and kind manner
- Communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis
- Perform additional tasks as needed
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- No experience necessary; paid training will be provided
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language

Assist residents with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, incontinence management, transferring assistance and medication administration. Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner. Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis. Perform additional tasks as needed. Qualifications: No experience necessary. Paid training will be provided. High school diploma or equivalency required. Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
