About the company

MANTECH

IT System Data Services · 5,001 to 10,000 employees

About Us: At MANTECH, we believe national security demands more than technology—it requires an unwavering dedication to the mission and the warfighters who defend it. For nearly 60 years, we have considered our work a matter of public trust, engineering the strategic advantage needed to secure the nation, protect our communities, and advance global health care.

The modern battlespace is complex, volatile, and deeply interconnected. When federal managers, intelligence professionals, and military leaders face unrelenting operational hurdles, they don’t need a vendor. They need a trusted advisor who has navigated these high-stakes environments before. We bring battle-tested credibility and a sense of urgency to every challenge, helping our heroes overcome their toughest battles to achieve ultimate success.

Engineered for Mission Success: We continually innovate to deliver high-tech solutions across the Defense & Space, Intelligence & Homeland Security, and Commercial sectors: * Cyberspace Superiority: Full-spectrum operations built to anticipate aggressive digital threats, secure critical supply chains, and dominate the domain. * Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI): Transforming fragmented data into near real-time, actionable insights that accelerate decision-making at the tactical edge. * Digital Modernization & Systems Engineering: Utilizing Agile DevSecOps and advanced digital twinning to build resilient, cloud-native architectures from the ground up.

Powered by Mission-First Talent: Our depth is rooted in the people who live the mission firsthand. Comprised of more than 9,000 talented employees around the world, nearly 40% of our workforce are veterans. Many others join us directly from the Intelligence Community, Homeland Security, and commercial agencies. We understand your challenges because we know your world firsthand.
