Roles and Responsibilities: You will perform hands-on work to apply your classroom experience to real-world projects and help you envision your future career. You’ll be an active member of our construction administration team, working for our clients on projects with our most experienced construction personnel. You’ll be introduced to Wilson & Company’s culture, helping you evaluate our firm as a future career choice. You will solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate with partners to produce our clients’ visions for the future built environment. Required Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, primarily Outlook, Word and Excel required. Ability to commute to/from school to the office or project site. No remote work anticipated. Highly responsible and dependable. Capacity to manage and maintain a sustainable balance between school, internship, and personal demands. Work cooperatively with team members in addition to other Wilson & Company Divisions throughout our 3 Colorado offices (Loveland, Denver, Colorado Springs). Strong written and oral communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Positive attitude Ability to work with a team under corresponding supervisor. Ability to work outside on an active construction site. Required Experience: Registered as a Junior or Senior studying construction or related field at a local college or university.
