What you'll do

Perform diagnostics and repairs on commercial refrigeration and ice machines
Respond to emergency service calls and conduct routine preventative maintenance
Deliver service with courtesy and professionalism
Communicate with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales staff
Rotate through after-hours and weekend on-call shifts
Maintain your service vehicle and manage parts orders
Complete required paperwork and attend ongoing training

What you need

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems
EPA Universal Certification
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be 18 years of age
Completion of a successful background check and drug screen
Driving record must align with safety standards

Ace Service Co. is on the lookout for experienced professionals who can troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration systems with precision and professionalism. From ice machines to walk-in coolers, freezers, and HVAC units , if you’ve got the skills, we’ve got the opportunity.
