What you'll do
- Investigate, locate and repair leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems
- Perform roof maintenance and repairs
- Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
- Maintain professional interaction with all customers
- Manage commercial roofing crew, including required paperwork and meetings
- Assist in training crew members as needed
What you need
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1+ years experience in commercial roofing service repairs, leaks, penetrations, etc
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers
- Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability
- Technology savvy
