Compliance/Loan Review Intern - Summer 2027

The Bank Compliance and Loan Review Department of Anders is seeking an Intern who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This 8-week internship will start in June 2027 and end in late July 2027. The role is in-person in our offices in St. Louis and Chesterfield, Missouri. What You’ll Do: Participate in reviews of client records to ensure compliance with federal consumer protection and anti-money laundering regulations Participate in reviews of client records to determine whether the client has appropriately identified risk within its loan portfolio Examine records to ensure proper recording and authorization of transactions, compliance with policies, and applicable laws Prepare detailed reports of findings and recommendations for client companies Prepare portions of compliance, internal audit, or loan review engagements Perform other duties as assigned Your Qualifications: Must be enrolled in an accounting, finance, or related curriculum at the junior level or higher (Graduating May 2028 or earlier) Experience working in a bank or credit union is a plus Minimum 25+ hour work week required When you join our team, you’re an integral part of a dynamic culture with opportunities to make a real impact on clients, colleagues, and our community.
