This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with an industry leader.
About the RoleAs a Layout Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring foundations are built accurately and efficiently. Read and interpret detailed building plans and specifications.
Provide precise layout before and during the production phase, perform as‑built measurements, and produce layout reports.
Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and security of all company equipment.
Work independently, conduct site inspections, and identify potential hazards—including soft soil, low overhead lines, missed digs, and access issues.
Communicate clearly with field crews, operations managers, builders, and homeowners regarding progress and revisions.
Verify crew work, including measurement accuracy, squareness, plumb, elevation, and grade.
Work safely in all weather conditions, from extreme heat to rain, snow, and freezing temperatures.
Follow all safety protocols and incident reporting requirements and use appropriate PPE.
