The Role: As a Construction Services Estimating Intern, you will: * Assist with bid solicitation, including organizing documents, engaging trade partners, and attending pre-bid meetings. * Generate bid listings, quantity takeoffs, construction schedules, and detailed estimate reports. * Contribute to bid day efforts by evaluating bids and identifying areas of risk and opportunity. * Participate in job cost setups, project execution planning, and check-ins with on-site field teams. Qualifications: * Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in building construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with the capability to lead by example. * Proactive problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality. * A strong work ethic with dedication to meeting deadlines. * Ability to see the big picture while focusing on details. * Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new software. * Must be able to work full-time.
