Control Technician We are seeking a Control Tech for our Recycle and Spinning Plants located in Yadkinville, NC How will you play an integral role? A Control Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment within the plant. What is my earning potential? We offer competitive hourly rates starting at $25.33, with top pay up to $34.03 / DOE. In addition, our shift premiums $1.00 for 12-hour night shifts. Do you offer flexible shifts? We do! We offer 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule. This position is a 12-hour night shift from 7pm – 7am on a 2-2-3 schedule. What is essential for success? Are you qualified for the position? Perform repairs to include changing out motors, inverters, switches and connectors. Responsible for troubleshooting problems that involve electronics and power sources. Perform calibration of equipment and assist with equipment set-up and changes as instructed. Responsible for changing out AGV battery cases and performing electrical maintenance on the palletizer systems. Observe and follow all company safety rules and regulations. Education High school or equivalent (Preferred) A two-year associate's degree in Mechatronics Engineering Technology, or Electrical/Electronic Technology or equivalent is preferred, or significant comparable experience is required.
