What you'll do
- Assist Environmental Services staff with routine and periodic cleaning procedures
- Perform QA checks
- Train on an as needed basis
- Conduct disciplinary actions as needed
- Assist in working areas in employee shortages
- Conduct frequent rounding on employees
- Ensure staff use proper PPE for infection control practices
What you need
- At least 3 years of experience in Housekeeping
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in Housekeeping or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills
- IEHA member working toward Certification (preferred)
- Education: a high school diploma
