The Corporate Security Coordinator supports the execution of Coherent's Corporate Security program across facilities in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This role serves as the primary local security resource for assigned sites, helping to protect employees, facilities, assets, and intellectual property through the implementation of security standards, operational programs, and risk mitigation initiatives.
The position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day security activities, conducting security assessments, supporting investigations, managing contract security providers, and maintaining strong partnerships with site leadership and employees. Working under the direction of the Director of Corporate Security, the Corporate Security Coordinator ensures corporate security programs are effectively implemented while supporting site operational needs.
