Creative Designer

Imagine. Design. Create. TL;DR We're looking for someone creative, curious, and hands-on to help bring Defendify's vision, brand, marketing, and digital experiences to life. From campaign concepts and visual design to content creation and interactive experiences, this role offers plenty of creative variety. You'll have room to contribute fresh ideas, experiment with AI, and collaborate with experienced leaders at a growing cybersecurity company. The Role This is a hands-on creative role spanning visual design, brand, digital marketing, content creation, and interactive experiences. Projects could range from developing a new campaign concept and its visuals to refreshing brand elements, creating a standout sales presentation, or using AI to build an interactive landing page or mini-app. There’s plenty of variety and room to experiment. You'll collaborate with experienced leaders across marketing, brand, product, and go-to-market, learning from their expertise while bringing your own creative perspective to the team. This is an early-career opportunity for someone with innovative and creative instincts, curiosity about new technologies, and the drive to keep learning, experimenting, and creating. What You'll Own Generate original ideas, campaign concepts, visual directions, headlines, and promotional copy, drawing inspiration from creative trends and the competitive landscape Design and publish social media content, digital ads, promotions, event and sponsorship graphics, and website assets, including updating content through our CMS Help refine and evolve Defendify's visual identity and brand voice, maintaining consistency while exploring fresh creative directions Create marketing materials, presentations, sales, partner, and product enablement assets, company swag designs, and other creative deliverables Design, build, and publish landing pages and lightweight interactive experiences using modern tools and AI-assisted development Experiment with motion graphics, animation, video, and other creative formats to create engaging content Use AI for ideation, design, and development, and help create reusable design systems, templates, and workflows that empower others to create How We Work Great creative work comes from ideas, experimentation, collaboration, and execution. What Success Looks Like You consistently bring fresh ideas forward and turn them into quality creative work Creative projects move efficiently from concept to finished deliverables Defendify's brand becomes more engaging, recognizable, and consistent across channels Teams across Defendify have access to better creative materials, content, and resources New tools, formats, and approaches expand what our team can create You continue developing your skills, incorporating feedback, and taking on new creative challenges You Might Be a Fit If You… Have a good eye for visual design, typography, composition, and storytelling Love coming up with creative ideas and doing the hands-on work to bring them to life Have experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar design tools Enjoy developing creative concepts, headlines, and short-form written content Are curious about AI, emerging creative tools, and new ways to design, create, and build Have a portfolio demonstrating your creativity and design skills, including academic, freelance, or personal projects Can take direction, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished creative work Are resourceful, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn across different disciplines Some hands-on experimentation with motion, video, web design, interactive projects, or AI-assisted development is expected, but expertise isn't. How This Role Operates You'll report to marketing leadership and collaborate with colleagues across marketing, sales, product, and company leadership. The role also offers occasional opportunities to learn about and assist with guided product UI/UX design and other creative projects across the company.
