Job Description David Yurman Summer 2027 Internship The David Yurman Internship Program in New York City is a paid 9-week immersive experience designed for students and emerging professionals passionate about the luxury jewelry industry. This exclusive program offers interns the opportunity to work closely with expert teams across various departments. Interns will gain hands-on experience in crafting exquisite jewelry, understanding the intricacies of luxury branding, and learning the operational aspects of a world-renowned brand. Set in the heart of NYC, interns will also have access to networking events, mentorship, and industry insights that foster professional growth in the competitive luxury market. Program Dates June 7 – August 6, 2027 Title CRM Intern Overview David Yurman is seeking a CRM Intern to support the Marketing and Ecommerce Clienteling teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, collaborative, and eager to learn about client engagement, CRM, and the luxury client experience. What You’ll Do Support the development and execution of Ecommerce Clienteling initiatives focused on personalized client engagement and relationship building. Assist with client segmentation, audience development, and analysis of purchasing behaviors to identify engagement opportunities. Support performance reporting and analysis across CRM campaigns and Ecommerce Clienteling initiatives. Develop presentations, reports, and materials to support CRM and clienteling projects. Coordinate with Creative and cross-functional teams on client communications, campaigns, and special initiatives. Assist with research and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities to enhance the digital client experience. Support CRM data quality, reporting accuracy, and ad hoc requests. Assist with client gifting, loyalty initiatives, and other personalized engagement programs. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) SQL experience is a strong plus Salesforce CDP experience is a plus Proactive, eager to learn, and collaborative individuals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Able to juggle multiple projects - prioritize time and communicate timeline to team members Strong analytical and creative thinking skills Education Must be currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in a related field with a 3.0 overall GPA minimum Work location New York, NY (Hybrid) - Available to work in-office on Tuesdays or Wednesdays (or as needed depending on team needs) The Company Offers Its Interns Competitive Compensation and Perks The estimated pay range for this role is $25/hour Weekly learning, social & networking events Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at David Yurman As a company founded by artists, David Yurman champions self-expression in everything we do.
