As a Space Vehicle Electrical Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience developing, testing, and troubleshooting the flight hardware that powers our next-generation satellites. Working alongside our Electrical Power Systems (EPS) and Command & Data Handling (C&DH) teams, you will help take hardware concepts from the laboratory bench all the way to orbital preparation. This role blends rigorous technical hardware development with fast-paced laboratory testing, PCBA debugging, and test automation.
This role will be fully on-site in our Greenwood Village, Colorado office for Summer 2027.

Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related STEM discipline.
Hands-on familiarity with core laboratory instruments (e.g., oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, and digital multimeters).
Basic exposure to hardware design/analysis tools (such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or LTspice) and programming in Python.
Proven experience designing, building, or modifying hardware through educational coursework, lab work, or personal projects.
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to industry-standard International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and export control protocols.
Ability and willingness to work full-time in-office at our Greenwood Village, CO location.
Ability to document and communicate complex ideas and collaborate with other technical teams as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Clear understanding of passive electronic components, power regulators, microcontrollers, and standard communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART).
Active participation in hands-on, high-reliability technical project teams (e.g., CubeSat, Mars/Lunar Rover, Formula SAE Electric, or Solar Car).
Previous aerospace or electronics internship/co-op experience is a strong plus.
