And this seat is a launchpad. Our Customer Engagement team has grown into accounting, HR, marketing, inside sales, project management, and more. Compensation: Average First-Year Earnings: $42,200–$46,500 (base + performance incentives) Based on $20–$22/hour plus average performance incentives; actual earnings vary based on individual performance. Hours: Full and part-time positions available Job Duties: How You Win Everyday Connect. Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to help homeowners schedule a free appointment with one of our experts. Every call starts warm, these homeowners have asked for our help. Convert. Turn leads into scheduled appointments, and keep those appointments on the books. Collaborate. Win together. Back each other up. That's the standard. You’ll have clear performance metrics around call activity, appointment setting, and conversion. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, talking with people throughout the day, taking ownership of their results, and working toward clear goals.
