Job Description: At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Customer Outreach Specialist is responsible for performing calls to customers who have home improvement loan(s) with Home Improvement Financing and helping ensure contractor and customer relationships are strong. Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner. Primary Responsibilities Performs calls for applications with home improvement loans that the Bank would like to further review Processes Positive Confirmation (PC) calls and extra steps associated with PC calls in a timely manner to limit delaying payment to the contactor Reviews and updates each account as needed Maintains high level of customer service and accuracy in all job functions Meets required production levels for call quality and quantity Returns email and voicemail communications promptly Recommends appropriate action if further review is necessary and raises any observations or concerns to Management, Sales, Credit, and/or Customer Relations in a timely fashion as needed This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Requirements High School Diploma or GED One (1) year of customer service or related experience Skills and Competencies Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations Ability to work on a team Demonstrated professionalism and self-motivation Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Strong typing skills with emphasis on speed and accuracy This entry-level role role plays an important part in capturing the customer experience, supporting customers throughout their projects, and helping ensure contractor accountability and compliance with loan servicing requirements. Additonal Responsibilities: Contacting customers to confirm project status and completion. Conducting customer outreach regarding loan and project-related matters. Reviewing loan terms and answering general financing questions. Documenting customer interactions and project updates. Filing complaints through CCC when appropriate. Coordinating with Customer Relations and other business partners. Supporting special projects and other departmental initiatives as assigned. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. This position will be in Salt Lake City, Utah. Must be in a reasonable driving distance. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Job Range Target: Minimum: $37,750.00 USD Median: $44,940.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
