Learn about the Danaher Business Syste m which makes everything possible. The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for providing multichannel customer support throughout the order to cash cycle. Associates in this role are accountable for answering inquiries regarding order placement and fulfillment, including order changes, order status, and delivery status. This position reports to the Manager, Customer Service and is part of Customer Service & Support team located in Coralville, IA and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Enhance customer satisfaction and promote customer loyalty by providing timely and accurate customer support Demonstrate channel versatility and aptitude on multiple customer communication channels Evaluate the customer’s issue and navigate between multiple systems to accurately serve customers and provide informed responses The essential requirements of the job include: Associate’s degree with 1+ years of customer service experience Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office applications and proficiency in typing) It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Bachelor’s degree Previous experience with SAP or Salesforce IDT, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. The hourly range for this role is $21.00 - $23.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
