We hire the best, and now is your chance to join our growing team. We are looking for a self-motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Care team! Beginning pay is $18-20/hr with bonus opportunities. This position will handle customer contact through incoming calls and involves helping our customers with scheduling appointments, getting technicians to resolve their home service concerns, and answering customer questions about their home warranty or home contracts. This position will also be responsible for outbound calls to customers about products, promotions, and scheduling service calls. Minimum two years of call center experience is required. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations with a positive attitude and sunny disposition required. This is an in house role in Kansas City, Missouri. A hybrid-remote work schedule is available after the training period is complete. Rotating weekend availability is needed! As a member of the A.B. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services. Call existing customers to inform of promotions Schedule service appointments. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our database. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services. What you bring: High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience, preferably in a home services or related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
