Companions Animal Hospital is a veterinary clinic that cares for small animals only, dogs and cats. We are looking for a people person who also loves animals to join our customer service team. Duties would include: Greeting all clients and pets, making them feel welcome and comfortable. Answering phones. Scheduling appointments, using Impromed veterinary software. Checking clients in and out, processing payments. Handling medication refill requests. Monitoring and responding to email and text communications. Opening and/or closing the office. Occasional animal handling may be required. Requirements: Experience in the veterinary field very much preferred. We are locally owned, offer a set schedule with weekends and holidays off, and competitive pay. Benefits such as paid time off and contribution to a health care plan are offered.
