What you'll do

Join TB Plumbing’s supportive office team! We’re looking for a customer service representative to help keep our calls, messages, and customer information organized. What you’ll do: Answer incoming company calls with a friendly, professional attitude. Help callers with basic questions and direct calls to the appropriate team member. Return missed calls and follow up on messages. Review and respond to emails and voicemails. Update customer information and notes in our systems. Work with the office team to keep communication running smoothly. What we’re looking for: A positive attitude and clear communication skills. Someone reliable, organized, and willing to learn. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. A team player who can stay calm and helpful in a busy days. Training is available! Customer service or office experience is a plus, but beginners are welcome to apply. Starting Pay:$16–$20 per hour based on experience and performance You’ll join a team that values clear communication, teamwork, and helping each other succeed. This is a remote position.
