We are currently hiring a Customer Service Rep in our Ramsey, MN location! Pay Rate: $20/hr Schedule: Monday – Friday; 9am – 5:30pm What’s in it for you? What you’ll do: Answer incoming inquiry calls and in rare occasions, in person, from Customers in a professional manner Fill out Rx order forms and quote prices Adjust complaints concerning billing and services rendered Refer complaints of service failures to designated department managers for investigation Locate an order’s current or past position in the facility by looking in computer system Tag trays when necessary Pull original invoices for redo’s, enter redo orders over phone, issue credits for redo’s Give estimated finish times, monitor own “promise jobs” and notify customers of delays Archive prior work for restarts per doctors instructions Cross-train to help where needed and as directed by the Supervisor Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 2 years of telephone customer service experience is a plus Optical experience recommended Must work out of the Ramsey office (not remote) We focus on a better tomorrow, today.
