Customer Service Representative

Northview Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (Teller) for its Grand Rapids office. As a CSR, you will have the opportunity to help customers handle their various banking transactions. Primary Responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining relationships with customers Completing all steps related to customer banking transactions Representing the bank through active participation in community events Position Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Teller or cash handling experience preferred Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Operates PC, cash drawer or cash recycler and standard office equipment Ability to maintain a flexible schedule working appropriately 24 hours per week Northview Bank contributes to the growth of the communities surrounding them.
