What you'll do

Engage directly with customers
Handle phone calls, emails, and chats
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Solve problems and process customer requests
Process delivery and service sales
Update customer records
Collaborate with colleagues to elevate the overall customer experience
Process accounts payable invoices

What you need

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with computers and O365 programs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer service experience in an office setting is preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degrees are a plus
Education: a high school diploma, an associate degree or a bachelor's degree
