Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (25 hours per week) to support our customers by answering questions, providing information, and helping resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Answer customer calls Solve any new, open & pending tickets Interact with and respond to customer chats that are in queue Assist social media team regarding specific customer service concerns Required Skills/Abilities: Proficient with Google Suite or related software Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to type information into a computer quickly and accurately Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays with advanced notice Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of Customer Service experience preferred Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer EEO Statement: E-Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
