What You’ll DoAs a Client Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth store operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and providing outstanding customer service.
Handling transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
Managing inventory and processing special orders and repairs.
Answering phones and directing calls to the right team member.
Receiving and sorting shipments, communicating details to the team.
Collaborating with teammates to solve problems and ensure client satisfaction.
Performing other duties as needed to support the store.
What We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in customer service or office support.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with computers and ability to multitask.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and a desire to have fun every day!
