About the company

Shaman
Technology, Information and Internet · 51 to 200 employees
Pharma spends fortunes getting content approved — then locks that knowledge inside flat files. Shaman changes that.
Shaman is the self-service content authoring platform for life sciences: create content once, use it everywhere, stay compliant. Marketing and MLR teams produce compliant content for every HCP channel — approved email, CLM, web, banners and social — from the same approved modular content, native on Veeva Vault PromoMats and integrated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
One platform, three capabilities:
→ Shaman Authoring — no-code, self-service creation and reuse, global to local, for every channel. → Shaman MLR — compliant by design: governed templates, auto-referencing and MLR pre-checks that keep every asset review-ready. → Shaman Atlas — the Medical, Legal and Regulatory Knowledge Engine that turns approved content into structured, machine-readable knowledge — for people and AI.
On top runs Aurora: agentic AI that creates and edits with you, grounded only in your approved MLR knowledge and brand strategy — never the open web. Every output traceable, a human always in control.
We believe the team that owns the market should own the content. That's why Shaman is built for local brand and digital teams, not agencies — and why over 80% of our users are active. The results: content production from weeks to hours, up to 90% lower cost, 70% fewer review loops.
10+ years in pharma content. Used by 5 of the top 20 pharma companies, including Novartis, Takeda, GSK, Gilead and AstraZeneca. Veeva Silver Product, AI & Content Partner. Salesforce Partner. SOC 2 Type II certified.
