- Develop dashboards linking training data with JTS trauma registry metrics
- Provide datasets for audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews
- Support quarterly readiness reports and data visualizations for leadership briefings
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems of record
- Recommend improvements to data collection and analysis methodologies
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics
- Experience with healthcare or educational datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau/Power BI
- Ability to conduct data quality assessments
- U.S. Citizenship and a successful background investigation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Willingness to comply with the government vaccination requirements

Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, TX (on-site)
Position Details:
Full-time position
Regular weekly hours (Work hours can be between: 0800-1700 with 0800-1430 being core work hours)
No calls, nights, weekends, or holidays!
Full benefit program, including: health, PTO, and 401k + contribution
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
2-4 years of experience

Summary:
CICONIX is seeking a Data Analyst to support The Joint Trauma System (JTS) a part of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) on-site in Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, TX.
About the Role:
Collect, analyze, and report training data; support program evaluation; provide predictive analysis; ensures data compliance; and drives continuous improvement.
Analyze training performance, student throughput, and readiness data in support of JTETD objectives.
Develop dashboards linking training data with JTS trauma registry metrics to inform leadership decisions. Provide datasets for audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews.
Support quarterly readiness reports and data visualizations for leadership briefings.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems of record.
Recommend improvements to data collection and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field.
Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics.
Experience with healthcare or educational datasets.
Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau/Power BI.
Ability to conduct data quality assessments.
Security & Background Check:
U.S. Citizenship and a successful background investigation are required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Additional Requirements:
