Our innovative, all-in-one platform streamlines business operations, empowering providers to work smarter and more efficiently.We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Migration Analyst with a strong background in implementing SaaS solutions and managing data transitions between complex systems. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful migration experience for customers moving from legacy platforms into our solution.What You’ll DoMap, extract, cleanse, and transform data (patients, inventory, claims, orders, payers, etc.Lead and manage full-cycle data migrations from legacy DME or HME systems into NikoHealth’s platformCollaborate with implementation consultants and product teams to ensure data accuracy and integrityTroubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies during migrationProvide customer support and guidance during the transition processAssist with process documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases What You’ll Bring2+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or implementation at a SaaS or technology companyStrong proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Excel, or other ETL platformsExperience mapping and transforming data between complex systemsExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsFamiliarity with APIs, JSON, CSV, and relational databases a plusAbility to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred ExperiencePrior experience migrating customers from legacy or on-premise systems into SaaS environments.Exposure to data migration in DME/HME.This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the U.S.We are aware that job scams are on the rise.
