What you'll do
- Check quotes, order forms, approved pricing and nonstandard terms
- Keep sales, legal and commercial decision makers aligned on exceptions and signature readiness
- Route nonstandard requests to the right decision-makers and follow up
- Translate signed terms into complete booking and handoff records
- Flag discrepancies before they affect downstream teams
- Document recurring issues and improve the path to signature
What you need
- You've supported complex commercial transactions or enterprise sales processes
- Spot inconsistencies across proposals, contracts and CRM records
- Keep multiple owners moving against a deadline
- Know which issues need legal or commercial review
- Understand how a quote, contract and customer record connect
- Experience with contract or order-management systems (preferred)
- Enterprise procurement familiarity (preferred)
- Experience with CPQ, order management or enterprise deal-desk workflows (preferred)

About the Role
Location: New York City (Primary), Denver, Chicago, Singapore (APAC), London, San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles
Commitment: 5 Days In-Person
We're looking for someone who catches the details that keep a strong deal from getting over the line.
In Deal Operations at Endex, you'll coordinate the operational steps between an agreed commercial proposal and a clean handoff after signature. You'll partner with sales, legal and customer success to keep deals moving.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Run Deal Intake: Check quotes, order forms, approved pricing and nonstandard terms before they reach a customer or internal approver.
- Coordinate Approvals: Keep sales, legal and commercial decision makers aligned on exceptions, obligations and signature readiness.
- Manage Exceptions: Route nonstandard requests to the right decision-makers and follow up.
- Maintain Accurate Deal Records: Translate signed terms into complete booking and handoff records, flagging discrepancies before they affect downstream teams.
- Build Better Workflows: Document recurring issues and improve the path to signature.
What We're Looking For
- Deal Experience: You've supported complex commercial transactions or enterprise sales processes.
- Detail-Oriented: You spot inconsistencies across proposals, contracts and CRM records.
- Strong Coordinator: You can keep multiple owners moving against a deadline.
- Sound Judgment: You know which issues need legal or commercial review.
- Commercial Precision: You understand how a quote, contract and customer record connect, and can spot inconsistencies without slowing a deal unnecessarily.

- Experience with contract or order-management systems
