Here’s what you’ll be doing : Process warranty claims Verify criteria required by factory or distributor Post credits on computer Track parts by tagging Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor, or to be scrapped Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims Maintain professional relationship with Internal technician and sales department to help get all internal cars through the shop Communicate and get approval on all repairs needed Other duties as assigned Here’s what you’ll need : 2 years of experience as warranty clerk or similar experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Strong trouble-shooting skills and demonstrated trustworthiness Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Advanced computer skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (( We Hear You ))
