Demand Planner

Key Responsibilities · Maintain a rolling demand forecast by product, family, and planning horizon. · Analyze customer orders, backlog, historical demand, and forecast changes. · Prepare and support the monthly demand review and S&OP process. · Measure forecast accuracy and bias; identify significant changes and root causes. · Translate system demand into requirements for purchasing and material planning. · Communicate demand changes and risks to Production Planning and Procurement. · Identify shortage, excess, and obsolescence exposure before it affects operations. · Support new-product introductions, phase-outs, and major customer/program changes. · Requests expedite and de-expedite material based on production planned requirements. · Support in daily schedule and shortage/material-readiness reviews. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications.
