With eight operatories and more than 9,500 active patients, our established private practice offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—and help shape the future of our hygiene department. Your Impact Deliver personalized preventive and nonsurgical periodontal care within your scope of practice. Assess periodontal health, document findings accurately, and collaborate with our dentists on appropriate treatment recommendations. Help patients understand their conditions and recommended care so they can make confident, informed decisions. Build lasting relationships that encourage patients to complete treatment and maintain consistent preventive care. Strengthen hygiene workflows, patient education, and continuity of care. Contribute to our goal of growing the hygiene department to $1 million+ in annual production through clinically appropriate care, patient retention, and effective teamwork. What You Bring An active Maryland dental hygiene license and current required certifications. Several years of clinical experience and a commitment to delivering excellent care. Strong periodontal assessment and instrumentation skills. A warm, confident chairside manner that helps patients feel comfortable and respected. Clear communication skills and the ability to explain recommendations without pressure or judgment. Accurate documentation, sound clinical judgment, and consistent infection-control practices. A collaborative mindset, dependable follow-through, and enthusiasm for continuing education. What We Offer No late evening or weekend hours.
