Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $24- $28/ Per Hour Why ClearChoice is the best choice for your career: Join a world-class organization with some of the industry’s most skilled dental lab technicians Work in a state-of-the-art environment equipped with cutting-edge dental technology Direct collaboration with prosthodontists and dental teams on challenging, rewarding cases Take advantage of full healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision Access a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off and holidays to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance Continuous training and professional development to sharpen your skills Thrive in a collaborative, supportive, and mission-driven culture Be part of a company where your passion for helping others leads directly to success—both for your patients and your career What You’ll Do: Set up and clean laboratory work areas daily Disinfect all incoming dental materials from clinical teams Pour dental impressions and mount casts Assist in processing acrylic resins using injection techniques Utilize dental laboratory materials including impression materials, plasters, stones, waxes, acrylics, and composites Operate laboratory equipment such as hand tools, dental lathes, handpieces, presses, and flasks Scan dental casts using 3D scanning technology Work under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager or most senior technician Follow established procedures while using sound judgment on a case-by-case basis Collaborate with doctors and team members to support patient-specific solutions Skills and Experience We’re Looking For: Previous dental lab experience preferred CDT certification or completion of an accredited dental laboratory program preferred (not required) Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong communication skills and commitment to high-quality work Comfortable standing for extended periods (up to 10-hour shifts) Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software Why Choose ClearChoice?
