What you'll do
- Coordinate patient appointments and doctor schedules.
- Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling.
- Help patients understand treatment options and financial estimates.
- Coordinate insurance benefits and patient accounts.
- Collect and post payments and balance daily deposits.
- Work closely with the doctor and dental team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Help keep daily schedules running smoothly and efficiently.
What you need

What You'll Do Coordinate patient appointments and doctor schedules. Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling. Help patients understand treatment options and financial estimates. What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and exceptional communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team. Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Dental experience or knowledge of dental procedures preferred.
