What you'll do
- Provide customer service to patients and visitors, present cases and educate patients about insurance benefits, and enter treatment plans into Dentrix.
What you need
- One year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance
- Experience with Dentrix dental software (preferred)
- Excellent communication and case-presentation skills
