Your Opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic emerging professional who is self-motivated, possesses excellent technical and design skills and can work independently. As a critical member of our team-based approach, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile designs, grow our practice, and make a meaningful impact to our communities. This is a hybrid role expected to be in the office minimum 32 hours a week. As a part of the Design Computing division, you will participate in a revolution in design thinking, leveraging the latest digital tools and methodologies to unlock new realms of creativity, imagination, and efficiency. In our multidisciplinary, team-based environment, collaboration is key among a talented group of architects, project managers, engineers, planners, and technologists, who work together to create innovative and integrated solutions for a wide range of clients. Your Key Responsibilities Support project teams with parametric and computational workflows. Support multi-disciplinary teams in developing designs, schematic sketches/diagrams, and documentation drawings leveraging computational design tools. Develop and modify Grasshopper definitions for: Geometry generation Design iteration and exploration Rationalization and documentation Produce diagrams, visuals, and presentations to communicate computational ideas Assist with research and/or the development of prototype tools Assist in the preparation of design presentations. Utilize BIM software as a tool for design drawings. Able to work with some supervision while maintaining communication with team members Your Capabilities and Credentials Familiarity in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper and/or Dynamo. Experience with Rhino. Inside preferred Strong design thinking and spatial reasoning Strong technical skills with proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, visualization and graphics software Multi-disciplinary education or experience is strongly preferred.
