If you're a relationship-builder with a hunter’s mindset, this role is your perfect fit.
As a Design Consultant, you’ll work with clients in the showroom and proactively pursuing new business through outside marketing. What You’ll Do
Engage clients in the showroom with a polished, consultative approach that turns inspiration into action.
Pursue outside sales opportunities—prospect, network, and build relationships with key decision-makers in the design community.
Own your book of business with full accountability for growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Deliver tailored solutions that reflect each client’s vision, backed by deep product knowledge and design expertise.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and elevating every interaction with professionalism and passion.
What You Bring
A hunter mentality—you’re energized by goals, driven by results, and fearless in pursuing new business.
A consultative sales style—you listen, understand, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
A strong presence in both showroom and field settings, with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
A passion for design, luxury, and creating exceptional client experiences.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants the best of both worlds: the elegance of a showroom and the excitement of outside marketing. If you're ready to grow your career with a brand that values initiative, creativity, and results—this is the role for you.
