Support Coordinator for our digital design team. In this hybrid role, you'll
support the creative workflow from both an operational and production
standpoint. Working with a teammate in the same role, you'll link internal
teams, external vendors, and designers, keeping work moving efficiently from

You'll review design orders, ensuring forms are accurate, complete, and ready
for execution. You'll follow efficient workflows, assist with light digital
production, and occasionally write ad copy. You're a curious team player who
asks good questions, handles nuance, enjoys troubleshooting, and takes ownership
without close oversight. This is a remote position on a digital design team.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Review design order forms for accuracy, clarity, and completeness, catching
issues before they slow down production
- Work with internal teams and vendors to gather missing assets and clarify
details, following up independently until orders are ready
- Ask questions and troubleshoot issues in orders, files, and workflows to find
the cause and keep work moving
- Support designers with light production tasks such as adding functionality to
already designed digital files
- Occasionally write digital ad copy and complete light layout and design work
as needs arise
- Partner closely with a colleague in the same role, coordinating priorities and
supporting each other to keep orders moving
- Organize and prepare final files for digital delivery or deployment, checking
each one for quality and accuracy
- Own your daily workload and keep projects moving with minimal oversight
- Follow and document processes, and bring ideas that make our workflow faster
and smoother from intake to final handoff
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors, inconsistencies,
or missing information
- Process-oriented mindset, with a focus on efficient workflows and consistent
follow-through
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and managing your own
priorities
- Curious and comfortable asking questions, with the ability to handle nuance
and a genuine enjoyment of troubleshooting
- Team player who collaborates well with a colleague in the same role,
communicates openly, and coordinates so work is balanced and nothing falls
through the cracks
- Clear and straightforward communication with internal teams, external vendors,
and designers
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in continuous learning and growth, including picking up new
tools, processes, and production skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of layout and design principles for digital formats
- Ability to write clear, concise ad copy for digital campaigns
- Basic understanding of digital ad formats, file specs, and asset requirements
