What you'll do
- Support critical infrastructure
- Provide excellent customer support for products and offerings
- Participate in the continuous growth and improvement of internal processes using automation and exciting new technologies
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field required.
- Basic understanding of Windows Administration, Linux Administration, and IIS Management.
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and general cloud computing concepts – EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, etc.
- Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Demonstrated mastery of Development tools and methodologies, such as Firewall concepts, network connectivity, XML config files, Rest API calls, HTTP Headers and Response Codes.
- Understanding of source control systems (Git basics).
- Willingness to learn CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure automation.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, and provide occasional support outside of regular business hours
- Must have passion for technology and a focus on automation.
- Must have excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- AWS Certification(s) are preferred.
