Responsibilities What You’ll Do Perform maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems Test equipment to ensure safe, proper operation Complete work orders and service documentation Work with customers, vendors, and other team members as needed Qualifications What You’ll Need Heavy equipment, diesel, construction, rental, or fleet mechanic experience preferred Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Valid driver’s license Professional-grade mechanic’s tools High school diploma, technical training, or equivalent experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Join Milton Rents Milton Rents has 16 locations across New England and Upstate New York and offers technicians the opportunity to work on a modern rental fleet while continuing to build their skills and careers.
