Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Team: Sales
Reporting to: VP, Growth & Market\nDevelopment
Location:\nRemote (US)
About the Role
Mach7 Technologies helps healthcare providers unify and manage their\ndiagnostic imaging, which are the systems that store, move, and display medical\nimages across a hospital or health network. We are a global, publicly\nlisted company (ASX: M7T) with the pace of a startup and the purpose of\nenterprise healthcare.
We’re hiring\na Digital Marketing Specialist to be the hands-on engine of our marketing\nprograms. This is a HubSpot-first role: you’ll build and run the\ncampaigns, nurture flows, and reports that turn marketing activity\ninto qualified pipeline. You’ll also own the logistics that\nmake our events run smoothly. You’ll work directly with the Growth\nleader on a small, fast-moving team where your work is visible and\nyour impact is measurable.
What You'll Do
·
Own HubSpot\nexecution. Build and QA emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and\nlead-scoring; keep the database clean, segmented, and healthy. You’re the\nperson who actually makes the platform work.
·
Run campaigns\nend to end. Take a campaign brief and turn it into live, on-time assets\nacross email, web, and social — coordinating with design and content along the\nway.
·
Coordinate\nevent logistics. Handle the operational side of trade shows,\nwebinars, and customer events: registration, vendor and booth coordination,\npre-event promotion, and post-event lead capture and follow-up in HubSpot.\n(Strategy stays with the team — you make it run.)
·
Report\non what’s working. Pull funnel, campaign, and event performance\ninto clear, repeatable reports so the team can see what’s driving\nMQLs and pipeline without leadership having to build every view.
·
Keep the data\nconnected. Maintain list hygiene and lead lifecycle/routing and help\nkeep our CRM data consistent as records move between systems.
·
Support content\nand demand gen. Schedule and repurpose social content, manage assets,\nand assist with paid and organic programs as they scale.
What\nWe're Looking For
Required
·
Hands-on HubSpot\nexperience (required). You can independently build and manage workflows, forms,\nlanding pages, lists, and reports, or you’re certified and can show us the\nhands-on work you’ve done. HubSpot certifications are a plus, and we’ll support\nyou earning more.
·
1–3 years in B2B\nmarketing, marketing operations, or a coordinator/internship role, or\nequivalent hands-on HubSpot work.
·
A self-starter\nwho thrives remotely, is organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning\nexecution with light oversight.
·
Strong attention\nto detail. You catch the broken link, the wrong merge field, and the\nun-tagged list before they ship.
·
Clear\ncommunicator who can turn a rough brief into a finished deliverable and\nask the right questions to fill the gaps.
·
Fluent with AI\ntools. You use AI (Claude in particular) to research, draft, and ship\nfaster, with the judgment to know when to trust it and when to check its\nwork. We’re an AI-forward team and expect you to make the most of\nthese tools.
Preferred
·
Event\ncoordination experience (trade shows, webinars, or field marketing).
·
Healthcare, medtech,\nor regulated B2B/SaaS background. Comfortable working within brand and\ncompliance guardrails.
·
Hands-on\nexperience with AI marketing tools for content, campaign, or workflow\nautomation (bonus if you’ve built with Claude).
·
Basic design\nfluency (Canva or similar) for quick asset turnarounds.
We recognize\nthat candidates bring diverse experiences and backgrounds. If you don’t meet\nevery requirement, we still encourage you to apply! Many strong candidates\ndon’t check every box. We value potential, growth, and impact as much as\nexperience.
What Success Looks Like
In your first year, you’ll be measured on:
·
Program\nthroughput campaigns and assets shipped accurately and on schedule.
·
Pipeline\ncontribution: MQLs sourced and influenced through the programs and events you\nrun.
·
Event execution:\nevents that run smoothly, with leads captured and followed up promptly.
·
Data trust:\nHubSpot reporting the team can rely on without double-checking.
About\nMach7
