We Serve hundreds of New Yorkers living with developmental disabilities.Partnerships with local businesses like Stew Leonard, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls have allowed the vision to grow exponentially. In addition, taking on residential programs has allowed us to serve those that need round-the-clock supervision.It's only the beginning. What you'll do
- Implement Individual Service Plans and support individuals' independence and residential goals.
- Assist with activities of daily living, advocate for residents, and document their progress.
What you need
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required.
- Experience in human or health services is preferred but not required.
- Education: a high school diploma
