If you are passionate about providing care and are willing to challenge yourself daily to make a positive impact on the lives of those you care for, we want YOU on our team. Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care. Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating. Prepare meals and snacks. Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties. Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices. Implement positive behavior supports and de-escalate challenging behaviors when needed. Qualifications What Makes You a Great Fit: Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred Must be at least 18 years old Able to attend two weeks of PAID in-house orientation and training Have a passion to help others through person-centered care Dependable, adaptable, and flexible Good communication is key in this role. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
