Direct Support Professional (DSP) Job Type: Part Time & Full Time Available Pay: $17-19.00 hourly Based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement Focus Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required • Must pass criminal background clearances • Experience in Human Services or as a caregiver is preferred but not required • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset • Strong communication and organizational skills Addresses listed are for reference purposes only and are not the exact work location.
