Witco, Inc. is currently hiring for a Part-Time-Evenings, Direct Support Professional at our Caldwell Location.
The Direct Support Professional provides job coaching services to individuals with disabilities at their place of employment. This includes tracking client progress by collecting data each day on how the client is meeting their goals. Maintaining detailed records and client files is also a primary function of this role.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 4:00 P.M - 8:30 P.M.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and maintain a high degree of integrity. This position requires flexibility as the needs of our persons served can change, and Witco, Inc. is dedicated to ensuring persons served remains successful within their employment.

High school diploma or GED
Ability to transport workers to various work sites
Basic computer, math, and data-tracking skills
Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
