Responsibilities include: Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Preparing meals and providing feeding assistance when needed Supporting daily living skills and greater independence Helping individuals participate in community activities, appointments, and social events Providing companionship, encouragement, and supportive guidance Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment Following individualized support plans, goals, and established procedures Promoting dignity, respect, inclusion, and person-centered care Communicating effectively with individuals, families, coworkers, and supervisors Completing required documentation accurately and promptly Every day brings a new opportunity to help someone learn, grow, and succeed.
